<description>About our group:&#x3C;br&#x3E;Der Pacemakers, formed since 2005, is a group consisting of 52 (it is growing but admission is only by invitation) like-minded people who are very passionate in running. We have a website at http://pm1.blogspot.com in which there is an active online conversation box named &#x22;The Shoutbox&#x22; where runners of all walks of life and ability converse and exchange ideas about running . The website has updates on races all over the country and race results of members who took part in the road races .&#x3C;br&#x3E;&#x3C;br&#x3E;Since the website was incorporated in 2005 , it has a hit of about 145,000 as of today averaging 110 hits a day. We believe our website is the 3rd most visited local website on running, behind only to the Pacesetters (www.pacesetters.com.my) and RunnersMalaysia (www.runnersmalaysia.com.my) websites. We&#x27;re well-known in the running circle and are proud of our achievements, even though we&#x27;re not a club and collect no membership fees. It only goes to show the extent of our passion and love for running. The events Running events are organised all over Malaysia and even though most of us are KLlites, our enjoyment for running also see us travel outstation to participate in races. Most recently a large number of our group members went down to run the Singapore Marathon. Most runs held in Kuala Lumpur usually attract between 3,000 to 10,000 runners depending on the event and distance. We even have 2 &#x22;signature&#x22; events a year, namely Der Pacemakers Anniversary Run (PAR) and Der Pacemakers Network Run, where we invite runners from other groups. In the recent PAR, we even had runners as far as from Singapore. </description>

<title>New Balance Klang Pacer 12km Run - Race Report!</title>
<description>&#x3C;br /&#x3E;One of der most hell suffering kok race I ever had, Dew!&#x3C;br /&#x3E;I dont know how many ppl wan to sayur me kau-kau lat, but i know I&#x27;m under pressure like kok. My most fearer runners will be Stanley &#x26;amp;amp; Suresh, both hv beat me so many time in training liao.  Thinking high n low, left n rite how to avoid finishing together wit them, bcoz sure I lose wan. haha!&#x3C;br /&#x3E;&#x3C;br /&#x3E;Race started late, delay more than 10mins. Dont know wat der kok is happening. Once der gun oink.. oink.. off I pia like no tomoro liao.  No matter how fast is my 1st gear, still not as good as Guna &#x26;amp;amp; Stanley 1st gear. Cinya struggle der 1st 3km, try to close gap wit Stanley, but everytime unsuccess nia, bcoz I&#x27;m slow started runner.  Guna oredi no where to be seen, while Suresh still not at my side.
